He gutted part of the property installing a new kitchen and bathroom and skillfully repaired the remainder of the property from work on the foundation, carpentry, masonry and painting. Eric obtained all necessary building permits from L&I and worked well with city building inspectors. My property passed the final L&I inspection meeting code requirements. " They so far have done two rooms in my house. My dining room framing, insulation and drywall. The next room was my hall way closet, where they had to close it from one side and open it up on the other side. They also was helpful in taking on a project of mine were I started my hallway and my middle room, by re-sanding and doing the finishing touch-ups. I like the way they did my base broad molding and trim, even down to the little details was great. Eric and his crew are the best, very prompt and clean and very detailed. I had a major leak in my living room ceiling from an upstairs bathroom-- which caused extensive damages. I was quite distress concerning the required work. I had several other estimates by other companies--However, after contacting Mr. Kennedy, an appt. for a free estimate was promptly given. An appt was arranged shortly after the estimate visit to complete the job. All the staff have been professional--respectful and thoughtful of my home, while completing the work. I am writing to say it was the greatest pleasure to have Al Muhsinun Construction build me and my neighbor a retaining wall. I was very pleased with the company from the first phone call when I was looking for estimates. They were professional, considerate and timely, they showed up to give me and my neighbor an estimate and took measurements (in the rain). When I described the type of wall I wanted I was told “No problem”. Other contractors tried to convince me to get something else because they didn’t like dealing with the stone I was requesting. Compared to some of the other estimates, Al-Muhsinun price was very reasonable and affordable. On the day my retaining wall was built, it was very HOT outside and the Al Muhsinun Construction contractors worked hard and diligently as if it was a cool spring day. We all thought once the sun went down they would just come back the next day. They were there well after the sun went down to finish the job. When they were done there was still clean up that needed to be done and told us they would be back the next day to clean up. The next day was a holiday and they came back and cleaned up. Most of the people on our block have brick or cinder block wall. People on the block are very impressed (probably a little jealous) with my new retaining wall because they have never seen anything like it before. I can not expressed how much my neighbors, my husband and myself LOVE our retaining wall and the dedication, hard work and professionalism put into making the front of our property stand out from the rest.
I was referred to Al-Muhsinun Construction by a coworker. My coworker praised the work that this company completed for him. After many failed dealings with other contractors, I was very skeptical, but had work that needed to be completed immediately. I had water gushing in my basement every time it rained. Mr. Kennedy arrived on time to complete his assessment of the job. I agree to the price and work began right away. I am proud to say that my basement is dry thanks to Mr. Kennedy and his team. I had brick pointing completed on the front of my home, rear side wall stuccoed, new basement window and a bathroom completely gutted and restored. I also had my drain pipes cleared from the front of the house to the rear. In addition to the work that Mr. Kennedy completed, I was most impressed with his customer service. Mr. Kennedy took the time to explain everything to me. When the job was done, Mr. Kennedy made sure that everything was cleaned up and restored to its original state. I have lots more work to be done in my home. I will be using no other service but Al Muhsinun Construction.
